A: No, a Mr Roti Card is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Q: Will my Mr Roti Card expire?
A: Yes, your Mr Roti Card will expire should there be no purchases made within three (3) years from your last purchase date. Any remaining balance, points and rewards will be forfeited and reactivation is not allowed.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can collect points by making purchases at any Mr Roti stores in Malaysia with your Mr Roti Card. For every RM1 spent (excluding Tax) with your Mr Roti Card earns you 5 points.
Q: Can I earn points with other payment methods?
A: No, you can only earn points from purchases made with a Mr Roti Card.
Q: What can i do with my earned points?
A: Points earned in your Mr Roti Rewards account will be converted into a reward, which can be used in any Mr Roti outlet.

A: No, points are non-transferable to another registered Mr Roti Card account.

A: No, points will never expire as long as your Mr Roti Rewards account is active.

A: You may walk into any Mr Roti store and inform our assistant that you would like to redeem your reward. You will be asked to present your Mr Roti Card for record purpose, you may thereafter claim your reward.

A: No, rewards are non-transferable to another registered Mr Roti Card account.
Q: Will my reward expire and how do I check their status?

Q: Can I refund my purchase made with Mr Roti Card?
A: Yes. Refund of purchases can only be done within the same day and must be at the same Mr Roti Malaysia store where the purchase was made, and the refund will be made directly back into the Mr Roti Card.
Q: What happens to my points earned after refunding my purchase?
A: Points earned will be reversed from your Mr Roti Card upon successful refunds.
Q: Can I make partial payment with my Mr Roti Card?
A: No, only 1 payment method is allowed per transaction.
Q: What should I do if my Mr Roti Card is lost or stolen?
A: Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 018-6632883 to deactivate your Mr Roti Card. Thereafter, you have 30 days to transfer any remaining balance and points from your lost Mr Roti Card to another Mr Roti Card at any Mr Roti store.
Q: Can I transfer my balance to another Mr Roti Card?
A: No, the balance in Mr Roti Card is not transferable.
